Brogan Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to the development of diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals for use in rare diseases.  Four initial products or chemical entities are in various stages of development or under licensing discussions at this time. Our goal is to elucidate opportunities that will enable the diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases that will be designated as Orphan Drugs.

    Product Pipeline:

    Brogan's primary pipeline is focused on the organic expansion of the first of four chemical entities and the orphan designation of three rare diseases.  On going efforts place Brogan at the forefront of breakthrough technologies in cellular targeted therapies, and modular radiopharmaceutical synthesis design offering in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities.  Finally, our efforts to actively engage and collaborate with biomedical researchers, CRO's and primary investigator's have lead to the research and development of radiopharmaceutical synthesis modules and formulations for Investigational New Drugs and pre-clinical toxicology studies consistent within cGMP guidelines.
